H・Aレイとマーガレット・レイは夫婦で、1936年におさるのジョージを描きました。
当時、フランスでは「フィフィ」、イギリスでは「ゾゾ」と呼ばれ、元々はフランス語で出版されていました。
H.A Rey and Margret Rey are married, they made Curious George together in 1936.
In France, his name used to be Fifi. In the UK his name used to be Zozo.
Curious George was originally printed in French.
