Bridge to Terabithia by Katherine Paterson

SUMMARY(あらすじ):
Jess Aarons lives in a rural area in the south of the U.S. and loves to run. He wants to be the fastest boy in the fifth grade, because it’ll give him the attention of his busy father. Jess loves to paint and draw, but he knows that his father thinks this is girly. He thinks winning is very important and his father and schoolmates will think he’s great if he wins. He practices each morning and dreams of winning. However, a new girl, Leslie Burke, wins instead.
Jess and Leslie become friends. They build a secret fantasyland across the creek in the woods, called Terabithia. They play all the time. In Terabithia they forget mean kids at school and Jess’s family. Jess learns to face his problems and Leslie encourages him.
Then something terrible happens and Jess learns how to face that too.

QUOTE(本文より抜粋):
“It was Leslie who had taken him from the cow pasture into Terabithia and turned him into a king. He had thought that was it. Wasn’t king the best you could be? Now it occurred to him that perhaps Terabithia was like a castle where you came to be knighted. After you stayed for a while and grew strong you had to move on.”

 The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

SUMMARY(あらすじ):
An Andalusian shepherd boy named Santiago travels from his homeland in Spain to the Egyptian desert to find a treasure buried near the Pyramids. He saw this treasure in a dream. On his trip he meets a Gypsy woman, a man who calls himself king, and an alchemist. They give him advice and he learns a lot about himself. The story is more about the importance of listening to our hearts than buried treasure.

QUOTE(本文より抜粋):
A) “If I serve tea in crystal, the shop is going to expand. And
then I’ll have to change my way of life.”

B) “Well, isn’t that good?”

A) “I’m already used to the way things are… The shop is exactly the
size I always wanted it to be. I don’t want to change anything,
because I don’t know how to deal with change. I’m used to the way I
am. You are forcing me to look at wealth and at horizons I have never known.
Now that I have seen them, and now that I see how immense my possibilities are, I’m going to feel worse than I did before you arrived. Because I know the things I should be able to accomplish and I don’t want to do so.”

It’s actually super easy to cook, you should definitely try it!
I’ve been vegan for five to six years now and people often ask me ” What do you eat?”.

Why don’t you try to be a vegan once every week?

1 can chickpeas (ひよこ豆 1缶)

Did you know you can grow your own avocado plant from a store bought avocado’s pit?🌱
Although you won’t be able to enjoy eating free avocados, you’ll gain a nice house plant!
It’s important to first peel the skin off the pit, then fold it in a damp paper towel.
Check on the pit every 4 days and make sure the napkin is always damp. once your pit starts to grow roots (about 3cm) place them over a clear bottle filled with water.
These can be left over alcohol bottles, wine bottles etc. A great excuse to get some nice alcohol.😋🥂
