When real life is like ordering from a online shopping site.

Cassette Shop

Last year, I went to a music shop that only sells cassettes and vinyl in Nakameguro. There were also a lot of cassette players and Walkmans. A lot of people really like the old technology. But I’m not a fan. My friend says that you can carry a Walkman around like a memory. You can’t really do that with a record player. I like the crackles that records create. But I’m not a fan of tape hiss. I seem to carry that memory every time I think of cassettes.

Learning English From Movie Quotes

Christopher Nolan

By the time I get back, we might be the same age.

By the time~

By the time my parents come home, I will have finished my homework.

I want to get married by the time I’m 30 years old.

She might come to the Party.

John might have gone home.

Shakurel Planet

Last year, when my wife and I were walking through Akasaka, we saw this vending machine. It had a bunch of funny animal figurines. The ones that I liked the best were the Shakurel Planet animals. All the animals have really big chins. I want to know why all these animals have big chins.

Learn English From Movie Quotes

Ken Loach

When you lose your self-respect, you are done for.

Be done for

I’m done for.

I’m done for the day.

I’m done.

I’m done with her.
